Do I need to replace all my smoke detectors?
You can enjoy a safer home with just 1 Luna Smoke Detector… we suggest placing your first Luna detector in the main area of your home. However… We highly suggest replacing all of your smoke detectors with Luna detectors. The smoke detector never sounds in 47% of fires… And when your detector does sound, it can take up to 40 minutes…
Whats the difference between Luna & other smart smoke detectors?
First, Luna uses better smoke sensors to keep your family safer.
Second, Luna is monitored around the clock by our emergency relay team… If there’s a fire, we’ll alert the fire department.
Other smart detectors have apps, or fancy lights… but Luna keeps your family safer.
What if my detectors are brand new? They came with my new home...
Unfortunetely, construction companies use cheap smoke detectors when they build new homes. Even if your home is brand new, upgrading your detectors is a must. Luna is both safer and cheaper than other smart detectors.
Is Luna Wireless?
Yep, Luna comes with 10 year batteries… Plus, when your batteries are low Luna will alert us so we can send you free battery replacements.
Is installation difficult? I'm not very handy...
If you can sign up for Netflix… You can install Luna. You download the app, take a picture of the Luna QR code, then stick it to your ceiling… Super easy.
Does Luna have a warranty?
Yep! If you aren’t happy with Luna… Just send it back and we’ll refund 100% of your money.
